Well if theres not enough people don't worry. So we make sure we have a match. I would do 4v4 or 3v3 Thats only if one or both of us can't get 5 players

Wir haben uns das ganze so gedacht:

• Angepeiltes Datum ist das Wochenende vom 11. & 12. Juli, vorzugsweise natürlich irgendwann abends
• Spielart: 5vs5, wobei das abknallen von Mitgliedern des eigenen Teams entweder wirkungslos ist oder einen Minuspunkt nach sich zieht (weiß nicht, was da technisch drin ist, da müsste <°()))>< mal was zu schreiben)
• Ort: ein ToT-Server
• Maps: Abwechselnd entscheiden ToT und das [nExpertZ]-Team, jede dritte Map wird gemeinsam gewählt

...was die teilnehmenden Spieler anbelangt, bin ich etwas planlos. Ich denke, logischerweise schmeißt jeder seine besten Spieler ins Match und tauscht diese gegebenenfalls aus (man will ja vielleicht auch mal Pause machen oder so). Ich fände es unpassend, von vornherein festzulegen, wer auf keinen Fall am Tornament teilnimmt.

Was haltet Ihr davon?

• Matchtype: 5vs5, fragging a member of the own team will either have no effect or substract one frag (dunno what is possible, <°()))>< should say a word or two about that)
• Place: A ToT-server
• Maps: choosing map by turns (one map choosed by the ToT-Team, one by us), every 3rd map will be choosed together

...I'm rather clueless which players should join the tournament. Logically every team will use their best members in each match and switches them if necessary (one might want to take a break for example). I'd find it improper to decide in advance which players would not take part in the tournament.

So what do you think?

Spectating is fine depending on who actually goes to the match.

Example: 14 slots: 7 ToT / 7 nExpertZ

Anything over 14 there should be some spare slots.

I don't have authority to negotiate on behalf of nExpertZ, but I favour 'just frag yourself and no other penalty incurred'. You did something stupid, but no real harm done. Or is the -n points unavoidable?

denn haetten wir erstmal einen ueberblick und koennen das besser managen.

I don't really mind what you guys do with the powerups. Yes or No I'm happy either way. I would usually use them I'm not sure how good they would be on a TDM match.

When it is 12:00 noon in the UK it is 1pm in Germany

That way no one should get confused, everyone should check the server one hour before the time they are supposed to be there just incase the timezones are a bit off balance,

About the server, well. Look at the ToT 1on1 server (public), and if you want some settings changed, tell me.

But are you sure you want to play on that piece of crap beta server? If you have access to better server hardware, you might want to set up the tourney server there. The TTS mod, which ToT 1on1 is running, is available here: http://tot.leet.la/tts/
